Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with appropriate notice:

• Immediate termination for breach of Terms
• Immediate termination for non-payment after 30 days

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in data export for a period of 30 days after termination.
